MR. ENGLISH COFFEE BLENDS. Mr. English not only roasts all of it's own coffee but we also take great pride in our distinct and unique blends. Our McBay's espresso blend uses an eclectic world mix of dark, med, and light roasted coffee to create an espresso that is slightly bitter and sweet but still has enough light roasts in it it to create that perfect crema. Our house blend is a blend of predominantly South American coffees in a blend of light, medium, to deep medium roasts. The house blend's purpose is designed to be a real people pleaser. We wanted to create a blended coffee that would be a bridge between the world of dark to light coffee lovers. The profile of our House blend is sweet with a little hint of sourness with just a faint flavorful bitterness of deeper medium roasts. We also recommend our house blend as the perfect gift when in doubt as to whether someone prefers darker or lighter roasted coffee.

DIRECT FIRE ROAST COFFEES. The following indicated direct fire roasted coffees are roasted on Mr. English's Little Lucky 4kg Direct Fire Roaster. In this unique roasting system the flames actually come almost in contact with the beans during the roasting process. This process imparts a slight carbon taste into the finished product. Much in the same way as flame broiling cooking versus grill cooking. Both styles are great they just have different characteristics. For those that like dark or deep medium roasted coffees we highly recommend our direct fire roasts. For others that prefer lightly roasted coffees without any carbon hints we would suggest starting with the above coffees roasted on our 12kg infrared Diedrich indirect fire roaster. All coffees on this list are roasted on our Diedrich I-R 12 unless indicated as: Direct Fire Roast.

Due to the international nature of our coffee bean business all whole bean coffee prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. For reference: 1/2 lb=approx. 225 grams. 1 lb. = approx. 450 grams. Mr. English uses the terms 1/2 lb and 1lb. as an easy reference for sales purposes only. In actuality our 1/2 lb packs are a little over 200 grams. And our 1lb. packs are a little over 400 grams. Our 2lb packs are a little over 1000 grams. Mr. English is located in Japan where we sell our fresh roasted coffee in 200 gram packs, 400 gram packs and 1 kilo packs. For our international web sales we decided to market and sell in the metric standard. All of our fresh roasted packed coffee notes the true guaranteed minimum packed weight on the back of the pack in total gram content weight. This total guaranteed content weight excludes all packing weight. ALL MR. ENGLISH COFFEE WHOLE BEAN PRICES INCLUDE FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY: to almost any country that the Japanese postal system delivers to. This Japanese Sal system is a combination of air mail and surface. It takes approx. 6-13 days. For any country not covered by the Japanese SAL system we ship by surface. Please check Japan Post if you have any questions as to to this particular shipping system. All of our coffee is shipped in sealed aluminum valve bags to insure absolute freshness and perfect quality. Option C. 1kg. packs are our wholesale prices. Coffee is always best shipped and stored in whole bean. For those that must have it ground there is a per pack grinding surcharge.
